Student Signatures In Space Assembly
STUDENT SIGNATURES IN SPACE ASSEMBLY TUESDAY, MAY 27TH 8:00 AMRobert Abbott Middle School has been selected by NASA and Lockheed Martin to participate in the Student Signatures in Space (S3) program. S3 provides students the opportunity to send their digitized signatures into space by signing a special school-wide Student Signatures in Space Poster. Through the signing of the poster, the students should feel a personal involvement with the crew and the mission of the October 2008 flight. This is an awesome opportunity to get students excited about space, technology and science in general. Abbott science classes will follow the signature mission from launch to landing this October. A school-wide assembly will be held to commemorate this exciting event. Teachers: We would like the following from you.- Select one student from each science classroom to represent that class in the activities at the assembly.

- At 7:30am we need you to turn on Channel One. There will be a special "launch sequence" video played to set-up the program.
