We are currently in the process of doing an online survey at
classmates.com to determine the amount of interest in hosting a
35th class reunion. If you go to
http://www.classmates.com/ and complete the online survey, note
there are twelve questions, that will get the ball rolling to
decide what type of facilities will be needed, a room block,
multiple events with multiple days or a single event / single day.
If you have not yet logged on and signed up for classmates.com,
please do so as it will be the easiest means of eblast
communication until we perform an online registration program and
collection of funds.
If you have any difficulty in getting onto classmates.com, please
feel free to e-mail me and I’ll get in touch with you to
assist you in the logging in and completion of the survey. My
direct email address is listed for your convenience as well.
We’re also looking for anyone interested in serving on the
committee. The “nuts and bolts”, once the numbers come
in will allow me to complete various properties, site inspections,
etc., but your input is essential and living out of state, it
would be of great help to garner assistance with locating
classmates, helping with communication(s), invites, printing,
labeling / mailing, etc. The more we can do vis-a-vis the internet
the less expensive it will be with the integration of use of such
programs as CVent for our group gathering which will allow online
registration and payment when we get to that point!
So jump on board...it should be a fun experience from a planning
and attendee standpoint! I’ll get the ball rolling and
pull documents such as timelines, contact sheets, production
schedules, etc. together...but we need more hands on deck!!!
