Mr. Flink is the AOEC/Stephens' Center Director, heading the alternative programs and

services.  He's been at the AOEC/Stephens' Center for three years and with the

Waukegan School District for 10 years.  After teaching and coaching at a Chicago north-side

"second chance" catholic school for 11 years, Mr. Flink began his tenure at Waukegan Public Schools

in 1996.  Since then he has worked at both high school locations as a Social Studies teacher, basketball

and cross country coach and a Dean of Discipline.  Mr. Flink transferred to the AOEC/Stephens' Center 

during the 2006 school year to fill the position of Coordinator of Specialized Programs and Services,

which included being the onsite administrator of the newly established Twilight School.  Mr. Flink has also

been the voice of the Waukegan Football Bulldogs since 1996.
