Every year, Illinois students vote for their favorite books. The top 20 books become the next year's Rebecca Caudill Award Winners. Below are the Rebecca Caudill Award Winners for 2008-09. The Library Media Specialists will choose four of these books for the Battle of the Books, and announce the four titles in November. These are all great stories! Try to read all 20 books to get ready for the Battle. They can be checked out from the Waukegan Public Library. Make the most of your summer... Enjoy a good book!
