FOR PARENTS The purpose of this webpage is to provide a means for parents to help their child/children read. There are links to the Waukegan Public Library (both adult and kid homepages), as well as to award winning books your child can and should read, a grade appropriate list of books, and websites to purchase children's books.
This site will also continue to update and announce programs being sponsored by the Cooke Media Center (CMC). It's intention is to help parents promote reading to their child/children as well as stay attuned to what is happening at Cooke, as well as what is happening at the CMC.
