Nicasa / ECHO Program

ECHO
Empowering Choices for Healthy Outcomes

The ECHO Program visits Miguel Juarez Middle School on a weekly basis to do life skills activities with the students.

ECHO is a school-based educational program. ECHO's goal is to impact the ability of youth to make healthy choices by exposing them to positive activites and increasing opportunities for positive youth and adult relationships. The students are encouraged to identify their strengths and enhance their skills.

Visit Nicasa's website for more information on the ECHO Program and other Nicasa Programs.

Here are some great projects that were created by the future class of 2005 with ECHO Prevention Specialist, Ms. Robinson.

ECHO 1: Ryan represents his group and their "bling-bling" poster that advertises jewelry.

ECHO 2: Krystal, Crystal, Glendy, and Corey show off their great advertisement for cosmetics.

ECHO 3: Alfredo, Oscar, Jennel, Kelyn, and Mary Jude have great ideas for cosmetics!

ECHO 4: Marisa, Adam, Jovani, Gustavo, Angel, and Evon display their eyes for fashion.

ECHO 5: Darrious, Brenton, Cyril, Kiara, Ravon, and Brenda enjoy showing off their new radio-shoe idea.

ECHO 6: Yashira, Lucina, Tommika, and Alex show what's in style with their advertisement.

ECHO 7: Randall, Zervando, and Thomas show their new truck advertisement.
