Red Ribbon Week
 
What is Red Ribbon Week?
Red Ribbon Week is an awareness week for staff and students to say "NO" to drugs. It encourages students to be aware of the peer pressure of drugs and to make a promise and statement to be drug free

Monday
All Staff and Students Get Red Ribbons.
We Are Hosting A Red Food Drive (Mon-Fri) All goods will be donated to COOL

Tuesday
Join Together to be Drug Free
Each student puts their name on a paper brick and the advisory builds a wall. The walls will be displayed outside each advisory room.
Each student recieves a red sticker.
Wednesday
WRITE OFF DRUG DAY
Each student will receiver a red pencil and will write a paragraph or two on why they shouldn't do drugs.
Thursday
CRAZY SOCK DAY
Wear crazy socks and SOCK it to Drugs Day!
Each student will write a list of 5-10 alternatives to doing drugs. Then they will share with their advisory.
Each student will receive a bookmark with 101 alternatives to doing Drugs.
Friday
RED DAY- Everyone should wear a red shirt.
Students will review and share about Red Ribbon Week.
Assembly with the Stick and Move Dance Co. & 360 crew (from Waukegan). Performances by our school choir of our School Song and our Drug Free Rap
