Appropriate Dress

Please share with your students the following appropriate warm weather attire information. All clothing should be conducive to the educational environment such as:

• Walking shorts vs. short shorts, or bicycle shorts
• Baggy shorts vs. form fitting shorts
• T-shirts vs. midriffs or tank tops

Material should provide complete coverage versus see through mesh or cut out designs.

Please note T-shirts need to be appropriate - in other words, please use your discretion regarding language and content (i.e., no alcoholic beverage advertisement, etc.).

If children do not follow these guidelines parents will be contacted to provide the appropriate attire.

In addition, remember modeling is critical. Staff members need to dress for the educational environment. If you question your attire, "Am I too casual or not quite professional?, you are!
