First Day Exclusion
All returning students must have their complete examination and immunization record on file with their school nurse before they will be permitted to start school.
May 15, 2008 Proof of a dental examination which was performed after November 15, 2006 must be submitted for all students enrolled in kindergarten, second, and sixth grade. Please submit this proof to your child's school nurse. This is a requirement mandated by the State of Illinois.
