On December 14, 2006, the
Oakdale Chorus, Band and Orchestra students presented their Winter
Concert. Mrs. McClellan's Orchestra students kicked off the show
with several songs including Up and Down the D Major Scale. Some
of the orchestra students had already advanced to using their
bows! Beginning Band and Second Year students followed with
traditional holiday selections showcasing the clarinet, percussion and
trumpet lesson groups. The Chorus also presented a multicultural
song list with several featured soloists. This was Ms. Hallerud's
last show as Oakdale's Chorus director.
