Teachers & Staff Express Scripts Prescription Plan
Last year the Insurance Plan Board sent a letter out notifying employees of the change in the drug plan. The change was to allow participants to purchase their maintenance drugs up to three times at the pharmacy: After the three-time purchase, participants would have to do mail order. This is a MANDATORY change. The cost is less expensive for the participant as well as the district.
While changes are not always pleasant to the employee, the Plan Board has a responsibility to try and keep costs down as well as take care of its employees and their health care.
