How do I get Technical Support? First, start by going through the Help Center then if that doesn't resolve your problem then Request Technical Support. If you are having trouble with the IEP system or any other Special Education (SpEd) Database see the SPED troubleshooting section. Help Center Due to the limitation of Technical Support staff, we ask that you try the troubleshooting techniques from the Help Center before calling to submitting a work order. These are non-technical techniques to resolve most computer equipment problems. Request Technical Support The troubleshooting process has changed. All service requests should be submitted to the Web Help Desk.
