Staff (including all faculty, administration, and board of education members) and Students of Waukegan Public Schools are specifically granted the following rights:

• The right to re-distribute printed or electronic copies of all materials contained within Web Central to Staff and Students of Waukegan Public Schools provided the copies are unaltered and include all original copyright notices.
• The right to create hyperlinks to materials contained within Web Central on any site hosted by Waukegan Public Schools.
