Welcome to the WHS Staff page! We encourage both students and parents to regularly communicate with teachers, counselors, and support services at WHS. We love hearing from you and are looking forward to helping all of our students have the best high school experience possible.

Often parents, guardians, and students are not sure who to contact if a student is having difficulty or if there is a concern. The best person to call is the person closest to the problem, usually the teacher or the coach. If the problem persists, moving to the next level would involve the Dean of Instruction for an academic problem, the Dean of Discipline for a discipline problem, or the Athletic Director. Associate Principals at each campus, followed by Dr. Hamlin, the principal, would then be contacted. For situations still unresolved, a call to Dr. Lamping at the District Office is the next step, then Dr. Batiste, and, finally, the School Board.
